- Please call (408) 946-9454 or use our secure online shopping cart 24 hours 7 days a week. Orders by fax can be sent to (408) 946-2756. Please make sure your name, address, daytime phone number, credit card number with expiration date and complete ordering information is included. For your convenience we accept Master Card, Visa or Paypal.
- Delivery
- All orders placed by 2:00PM PST are shipped next business day (subject to stock availability). Due to size or weight, some items may require extra time for delivery. Special orders may take longer to deliver. We will keep you updated via email if the orders take longer than 5 days to deliver. Please call us if you have any questions about your order. All shipments are safely packaged and require a signature a the time of delivery.
- Return Policy
- Products purchased can be returned within 7 days of date purchased.
All HYDROQUINONE & RETINOL ORDERS are final. They are not eligible for refund.
Product(s) must be unopened and sealed in original packaging for a refund. Returned products are subject to inspection by MD Beauty Secrets staff. Returned products may not be altered, used or damage. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds purchase and return more than once.
Customers pay for return shipment charges. Additional shipping charges for exchanges will apply.
Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund. Items will be return at the customer’s expense.
We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damage in transit. We recommend that you a choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
